Madonna Hates Your Stupid Flowers, Okay?

It’s not quite as bad as punching a woman in the vagina, but Madonna sure is acting like a douchebag this week. During a press conference at the Venice Film Festival, where Madonna premiered her new movie W.E., a fan brought her a lovely arrangement of hydrangeas. Well, what a stupid, inconsiderate fan!

As you can see in the video below, Madonna accepts the flowers with a false smile and then leans to the person next to her in exasperation.  "I absolutely loathe hydrangeas,” she says. “He obviously doesn't know that."  Well, my goodness! Obviously, this deluded fan hasn’t read the most current edition of Things Madonna Absolutely Loathes and Other Useless Information. What a moron! Here he is, giving someone he admires a beautiful bouquet, but it’s one she absolutely loathes. How does Madonna cope with such personal affronts?

You’d think by now, Madonna would know how a microphone works (note to Madonna: it amplifies sound) but I suppose not. Maybe she has been too busy with elocution exercises, perfecting that fake British accent. Or maybe she’s just been too busy reading all the scathing reviews of her stupid film. But whatever she was doing, she was definitely not at her local florist buying hydrangeas. She absolutely loathes them, you know.
