Pamela Anderson!. What first comes to mind when you hear the name of Pamela Anderson? Bimbo? Party Girl? Pump? So two out of three is not bad! I do not think she's a dumb blonde ... not by any stretch of the imagination. For all of its party image and all things blonde, she ceases to be a devoted humanitarian.
Sure, people know that Pam is closely related to the organization, PETA and not wearing fur. But surprise, surprise. Pam has UGGS, those horrible, big hairy boots that are actually disk made of animal skin. Admittedly, Pam, once he realized this, she called on her fans, and everyone, stop using them. No problem for me. I think they are horrible, and supporting animal cruelty.
What many people may not know about Pam Anderson, as well as her marriage to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock and his many adventures, is the passion that she really is for the welfare of animals. This is not a new passion for her. This is false propaganda of Hollywood. Apparently, Pam has been a dedicated animal lover and protector of animals since childhood.
Other causes of Pam are inhumane ways that chickens are slaughtered by the suppliers of Kentucky Fried Chicken is. Pam recently faxed a letter to the U.S. Postal Service begging not to issue a new stamp in honor of Colonel project Sanders. Fax Pam exposes rampant abuse occurs in slaughterhouses today and his passionate plea for the kindness of these animals is to be shared by all citizens. KFC reportedly refuses to take animal welfare seriously. Pam is trying to change that.
Pam has also been decisive for juice maker POM to suspend its terribly inhumane testing practices. It was Pam vs. POM and fortunately for animals, PETA Pamela and won.
Why bother to worry about mice and other rodents can ask. Read the words of these noble human beings and then ask yourself the question again.
"The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." Gandhi
"The question is not can they reason nor Can they talk? But can they suffer? Jeremy Bentham
"He who is cruel to animals becomes hard also in his dealings with men. We can judge the heart of a man by his treatment of animals." Immanuel Kant
"Every year tens of thousands of animals suffer and die in laboratory tests of cosmetics and household products ... although the test results do not help prevent or treat accidental or intentional misuse of the products. Please join me in using your voice to those whose cries are forever sealed behind the laboratory doors. "Woody Harrelson
Pamela Anderson deserves his place in history. Not as a blonde bombshell, or the woman with more Playboy covers, or possibly more beauty downloaded from the Internet or their failed marriages. She deserves her place in history for his humanitarian efforts, to speak for those who have no voice, for your care and compassion and for being proactive in their beliefs.
