Rosario Isabel Dawson, 32 years old American actress, singer and writer, poses her a slim figure with white, long-sleeved top and white bikini bottom for Shape magazine. The August issue of this fitness magazine will cover it. This Men in Black II and recent Zookeeper actress doesn’t credit an intense cardio workout and steamed fish for her stunning physique. She reveals a refreshingly healthy attitude about health and fitness, and says she believes self-deprivation is worse than gorging on treats:‘Whether it craves fresh vegetables or foie gras nothing makes me feel better than having something I really enjoy… The stress you put yourself through for having a treat is probably a thousand times worse for you than the sugar you just had.’
She has been touted for her sexy moves and fit body in films such as "Sin City" and "Rent," made her comments in a video interview posted on the magazine's website, which also includes footage of her posing in several bikinis.
She said people have told her on Twitter that she is "too skinny." Dawson played Mimi, an HIV-positive drug addict in "Rent," a 2005 movie based on a Broadway musical. She said she lost weight to get into character.
"I remember everyone asking when I was doing press for the movie, 'What did you do to look so thin? You looked great' and I'm like, 'I looked emaciated,'" Dawson told Shape.
She also said.
"It's a form of violence, in the way that we look at women and how we expect them to look and be - for what sake?" "Not health, not survival, not enjoyment of life but just so you could look pretty. I'm constantly telling girls all the time, 'Everything's airbrushed, everything's retouched. None of us look like that.'"
Really the example she sets for us is worth to be followed to enjoy a life without disturbing fat.
