After spending 18 months in Federal prison on
charges stemming form being involved in a
dog fighting ring Michael Vick led the Eagles
to an NFC East title, was the starting QB in
the Pro Bowl and was the AP Comeback Player
of the Year, and now the payoff. Vick signed
a deal worth $100 million, including about
$40 million guaranteed, terms of the deal were
not disclosed, but you can bet (no pun intended)
there is plenty of language in there involving
conduct, behavior and image. He may no longer
be bankrupt after this deal is complete, but
he better watch his P's and Q's if he wants to
see ALL of this money. I'm sure this new deal
just warms the cockles of Arthur Blanks heart.
