Lindsay Lohan is a free woman - for now.
She left Los Angeles County's Century Regional Detention Center at about 11:40 p.m. Friday after posting $300,000 bail.
On Friday morning, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox ordered the 24-year-old actress -- who recently admitted failing at least one court-ordered drug test in her three-year DUI case -- to stay behind bars until an Oct. 22 probation hearing.But her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed an appeal Friday, arguing that Lohan was unlawfully denied bail since she had been convicted of misdemeanors.
Lohan will have to wear a SCRAM bracelet -- her third this year -- within 24 hours. Under the terms of her bail, she also must stay away from places that primarily sell alcohol.GOOD LUCK FRECKLES!
