For "The Size Issue" of V Magazine, New Moon star, Dakota Fanning, and Precious actress, Gabourey Sidibe, are taking turns sharing the cover taken by photographer Bruce Weber. Energetic and fun-loving, Gabourey admits that despite her self-confidence, she never could have foreseen how successful her foray into film would be.
Sidibe explains, "There were no real times that I thought maybe I can do it, until Mo'Nique came along." Referring to her film's co-star, Gabby continues, "She's a plus-sized woman who didn't care about one day being skinny."
As for fitness-lover, Dakota, she also discussed her feelings of self-esteem and public image. Dakota tells the mag, "I think that when you're in the public eye, you automatically become a role model, because people are reading about you and looking at pictures of stuff you've done...I have made mistakes and I will make mistakes. I'm only human."
